Overview:

• Global handset market wholesale revenue declined 2% YoY and 15% QoQ to $96 billion in Q2 2022.
• Smartphone revenue share accounts for over 99% of the overall handset market by revenue.
• The top five smartphone brands contributed almost 85% of the total revenue. 
• Global smartphone ASP increased 6% YoY in Q2 2022, driven by Apple, Samsung as well as Motorola and Sony.
• Apple led the global smartphone market in revenue terms in Q2 2022 with revenue of over $40 billion and revenue share of around 42% (on the higher end for a June-ending quarter).
• HONOR’s revenue grew by 84% YoY, the fastest among the top 10 smartphone OEMs.
